Madame Blin wants cowboy boots.
Fancy Black's BarBQ in Lockhart. Many dead animals on the walls - and on the grill. Many very large people dining - and a long table of skinny and enthusiastic Japanese tourists, who usually eat raw fish.
My self-serve dinner there - beans and black-eyed peas, yams, a rib, a sausage, and a pickle. This was the least amount of meat of anyone in the room.
M. and Mme. Blin stroll in beautiful, busy downtown Lockhart. 100 years ago, the red building was a saloon, and in front was a dirt road with carriages and cowboys.
