Hi Beth,
ReplyDeleteIt's Carolyn Kellett.
Your grandson is is beautiful. I love reading about him and your new role in life. Glad to hear ypur Mom is doing so well.
I'm a new Grandma too...for three months now.
He's coming from Sweden to visit next week and I am so excited. Thank goodness for Skype.
We go forward with a new purpose in life.
Carolyn, congratulations to you and yours! Sweden - I won't complain about this baby living on the other side of town again ... though I want Skype too, as I still won't see him that often.
ReplyDeleteNew purpose is right - a whole new connection to the planet, a small person to carry us into the future. Someone wrote to me that our grandchildren may live into the 22nd century. Carolyn, I have been thinking of you; all my thoughts and love are with you.

P.S.
ReplyDeleteSend me pictures, Grandma Kellett.

I will...as soon as I figure out how to do it.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Beth, on your new grandson!
ReplyDeleteI, too, stopped colouring my hair when I came to the U.K. -- mainly because it costs four times as much here to have your hair done. But, also, because it felt right and was time to embrace and be proud of the whole package.
I'm so happy for you!
Just had a lot chopped off today - so get closer to the truth faster. So exciting!
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear from you, Kathy. Hope you're enjoying your new home. b.
