The eagle eye of my friend Chris in Toronto has captured an error - Pompeii was wiped out in 79 AD. Not BC. What would I do without my fact checkers?
It's 7 a.m. in Naples and soon I leave for the airport. Jet setting. Arrivederchi. And I know that's probably not spelled correctly. One of you will set me straight.

At one point, on the train from Sorrento to Naples, we sat next to a German family and conversed with them in English and German.
